Pros

Fully remote Some coworkers are good No support means you are left alone most of the time Amazing clients

Cons

Don’t expect to grow in your skills Clients are bait and switched to low quality contractors after being introduced to senior engineers and are billed at senior rates HR, benefits, IT support for internal is abysmal quality offshore call centers without basic English comprehension Pay is very sub market but not the worst After mandating arbitration (accept or get by fired), managers are super retaliative and constructive dismissal is rampant No cost of living raise, 0-1% “merit” if you are lucky Quality has massively declined Out of touch is putting it lightly - CEO literally used “NIMBY” as a motivational slogan for stamping out smaller competitors
