So far up to 5 years no raises They do not match 401k when told they will. Randomly come up with excuse not match. Covid hazard pay none. Just 1% salary bonus the was massively taxed. Really was slap in face for working front lines of covid. They charge $90 a month you for driving their car with xerox logo on side. $120 on you can drive for 600 miles. That includes to and from work. If over they fine you mass amounts threw taxes. Should be criminal. Drive your own you will pay them to work. 28 cents a mile for first 1000 them 19 cents for all over 1000. Max is 350. No gas card. They now want maditory on call for $3 a hour. If you like working none stop Overtime may be for.you. You have to work threw 2 systems 1 for lexmark other for xerox. Both softwares are not user friendly at all. Technicians seem to be hard to find so you will drive all.over the state or states for that matter. That is if you are diverce in this industry.
