Pros

Overall Xerox is a great company to work, lots of benefits, working from home (depending on the manager), Gym, health care, Schedule, no extra hours needed, good work space and good environment amongst employees Holidays amout to a total of almost 26 days, extra 2 days to benefit people who have never skipped a day's work

Cons

There is no compensation salary wise nor recognition for effort and work done Parking spots are promised but never distributed Opportunity to develop your career is very poor Very poor HR almost no "putting the employee first" culture even though that's what the company promises

Pros

The ability to work virtually.

Cons

Employees are Not valued Profits before employees No raises. Constant layoffs Horrible benefits that are very expensive. Ever increasing workload Pressure to work even on your vacation Not enough employees to cover people on vacation, illnesses, etc. Major decisions that impact employees are done to ensure senior leadership gets their bonuses.
