      In years' past this was a great company to work for . . .challenging programs, great people, numerous resources.

      Cons

      The change in management and priorities is significantly different these days. . . good employees are being walked out everyday . . . management's only focus is on the bottom line.

      Once you know the outdated internal systems, you don’t need to learn any new systems because it seems to me that the company isn’t investing in any new ones If Carl Icahn matches his public statements he will have the company sold so presumably current execs may eventually turnover

      Cons

      Activist Investor has installed a CEO with a strategy to sell the company..per previous public statements It seems to me there is Constant uncertainty Many say it’s an “Always on” work force Management The culture is far different from its hey day It seems to me that Workforce morale is much lower than it should be The Company is reducing benefits, reducing 401k match benefits, reducing vacation max, to me it’s a disturbing trend It’s Possible company will be broken up when sold, thus hard to say what will happen.
