Pros

Small office settings allowed a comfort to ask any level of staff for assistance. Project Manager was in office and always available for consult.

Cons

A Profit company, therefore raises and bonuses weren't always awarded to all employees.

Pros

Great people to work with, except in senior management.

Cons

Senior management is running the company into the ground. Wages are not competitive and benefits are getting worse. For management, if you're not a minority, be prepared to be treated differently and be hit over the head with the necessity of hiring diverse people and meeting diversity goals, no matter what. Even HR is leaving as three of the top HR executives left this summer. Each quarterly earnings report is worse than the last and there's no improvement in sight, just layoffs and outsourcing.

Pros

-Set schedule -Co workers are friendly -Nice size desks -Close to home -Nice, clean facility

Cons

-Low office moral -Terrible and lack of communications to representatives that are affected. -Training is not thorough enough for the complexity of information that is relayed to customers -Management was not very helpful when a challenging customer question is presented and when help is finally offered information given conflicts throughout management when compared with company rules. -Unrealistic call stats goals per call. Pension question can be very in-depth and take time to research. Hold times and refresh times are unrealistic for the amount of research a rep must do. For more complex questions where it takes time to research calls backs should be immediately allowed to be offered. There should also be more time to research. -No morning break and lunches are reduced -Lack of organization -Unable to speak to other co-workers in between calls -Unable to stand for long period of times
