Pros

Semi-professional environment, easy commute. If you enjoy menotiny, and feeling like a trained monkey...this job is for you!

Cons

Every minute of your day is to be accounted for. 2-15 minute breaks, 1-30 minute lunch. Heavy call volume depending on the team assigned. Archaic computer tools, ridiculous script to follow for every call. Negative environment to work in, little to no interaction with Manager and Team leaders are not helpful. If placed on an evening schedule to work till 8 p.m. every night, there is no option to change...you're stuck.
