Pros

Paycheck and immediate team members were the primary motivators for my continuing to come to work on a daily basis.

Cons

Outdated technology and archaic business processes. Stifling command and control management style. Extremely limited career development opportunities. Constant cost-cutting measures through downsizing. Essentially no performance based salary increases in 4+ years.

Pros

The old timers are great and will love to tell you about Xerox's glory days.

Cons

One bad decision after another has left the company a shell of it's former self. Zero innovation is happening at Xerox, it's simply a long slow death. Purchasing ACS was a good move, but only prolonging the inevitable. Xerox leadership does not have the quality to convert the company to a services company. The leadership think that they can turn it into the next IBM, but really what they are heading for reduced market and excuses.
