Cons

Surveys that affected your pay if you got a low score no matter what you did for the customer. 3 failed surveys in one month and you were fired

Flexible work schedule, great work from home policy.

Cons

Lack of direction and acknowledgement from management that the entire organization in Austin is dysfunctional. Some manager's manage by bullying, and no other managers will backup the employees.
