Great company to get experience in. Xerox is a global company which gives someone the opportunity to learn a lot due to its big size.

Cons

I had limited career opportunities due to me being in a support role. I think you need to be very proactive and prepared to make sure that your career is progressing.

Work life balance was great. There is flexibility in the ability to work from home easily. No constant micromanaging. Fellow Coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

no growth - constant downsizing which results in more work, no raises or promotions, horrible benefits options, morale is low. transition to services business is not generating the revenues as expected.
