Laid back work attire. There are some managers to stay away (and the employees know it).

Cons

The most qualified aren't necessarlily rewarded with promotion. Brown nosing gets you ahead. Pay isn't the best for the amount of work you do. Cost of healthcare has increased dramatically and is increasing again.
