      great people and interesting problem sets

      Cons

      no salary increases, rolled back pension and VPs, Directors and newly hired employees all departing which clearly indicates something is amiss

      Pros

      Opportunity to work in a global company and develop skills in diverse technologies and services. It is a great place for college grads to start and grow.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons. Salaries are not that competitive compared to other companies, but on the average you can make a good living. Benefits are not top of the line, but it could be worse. The company is going through a metamorphosis so be ready to change any time.

      Pros

      Its always been about the people and still remains that way. Technology and R&D still leads the industry. The incentive trips are well done, if your 'lucky' to achieve them.

      Cons

      The Senior Leadership remains at arms length from their employees and taking the necessary steps to capture their hearts and minds. The company is still run as though it was the 1980's versus 2012. Client satisfaction takes a back seats to 'hitting the numbers' each and every month. The level of bureaucracy and lack of risk taking impedes the growth potential of the company. Incentive and compensation plans do not line up with the budget planning methodologies and inhibits fair opportunities to achieve a fair income.
