      Great people to work with, everything else is horrible

      Pros

      The immediate teams you work with are great folks, very knowledgeable, tons of experience. The first layer of management does try to keep the ball rolling despite everything else.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible here and get worse every year. Moral is so low that one rumor can send an entire department into misery for weeks. Upper and senior management dare never around, nor seem to care. Outsourcing is so obvious I am surprised the CEO is also on Obama's committee to bring jobs back. There is no moving up (since we keep shrinking), Everyone just goes thru the motions while waiting to be laid off or converted to work for India (HCL) where they are sucked dry of everything they know.

      Great work, Decent people, Not so bad location and awesome food

      Management, communication problem. Please be more focussed on interns.
