      Solid corporate citizen, an organization you can be proud of, good brand and global reputation Good opportunities for minorities , women and LGBTs

      Cons

      Company is not growing, future is not assured If I were under 40, I would look elsewhere Beginning to outsource areas that were once key strengths, like engineering Will Xerox become more and more like ACS? I would research ACS thoroughly before taking a position with Xerox

      Xerox was a great place to work years ago, but is now struggling to find their niche in the market place.

      Pros

      Great products & excellent employees who care about our clients. Xerox is a Global company that can provide great experience and good opportunities to those who are willing to move.

      Cons

      Just a job not a career. Job moves predicated on who you know Poor employee morale Senior Management has little respect for the employee. Employees feel like they are competing with ACS, little to no synergy has been created by the acquisition.
