Good benefits package at the time I joined.

Cons

No care whatsoever for the employees. No opportunities to learn, progress my career or anything at all. Rampant with rotten management and culture. No customer service focus where I am. I thought I joined a big company with drive to innovate. Not the place at all. No flexibility. Bad communication. Very different treatment of people from one miserable cubicle to the next. No team spirit.
