Pros

A very international environment, a very easy-going approach to working with subsidiaries abroad make working at Xerox an enjoyable experience. The pay is not fantastic but the good atmosphere at work compensates for that.

Cons

Working as a translator makes you very isolated. Not much interaction with other employees.
