Company has a great online learning center, and there are a few managers that are really good

Cons

If you do not work within the sales part of the organization there is nowhere for you to go. the pay is far far far below competitors. the mental approach a lot of managers have is "be happy you even have a job". what was never the case, I was happy to have a job, hell very happy to have a job, but I would also like to know that the 80+ hours I put in a week are actually noticed. the whole work life balance is not within this company's vision.
