Pros

The company pays well. Direct managers work with you and value your work. Good opportunities to work with new technology. Coworkers are smart, helpful and friendly.

Cons

Upper management seems to want to offshore all technical work. Health benefits are poor. It can be difficult to get budget approval for equipment, software and to hire workers that are need to complete projects.

Pros

More tools and solutions than any company in the industry and more specialists with great opportunity to advance.

Cons

Management could and should be a leader in the industry, not a "me too". They are in sore need of forward out of the box thinking. Xerox is a big ship and needs a lot of room and time to change direction.
