Pros

Room to improve company overall IT architecture, and willingness to initiate large scale changes. You can find knowledgeable people in various subjects. Large breadth applications supporting all business end-to-end which boost experience greatly.

Cons

Normal issues with large organizations on people, project stability, and timelines of adopting new changes. Can be stressful at times.

Pros

You can learn a lot about sales and having Xerox on your resume does look good when applying for sales roles in the future.

Cons

The management especially at the agency level which Xerox uses to handle the SMB space in Canada is not very good at all. Micromanagement and an obsessive focus on meeting sales quotas with little regard for post-sales customer service.
