Pros

Surrounded by knowledgeable people that will help you to learn the Xerox processes. We are a leader in the industry.

Cons

Corporate decion making sacrifices long term success for short term returns. Layoffs appear to be frequent. Plans aren't always complete and ready for deployment when communicated. This results in limited information being shared and confusion among the workforce.

Pros

It used to be an amazing company. I hope it is able to recover and be great again.

Cons

Senior management and executives have turned away from the technology that Xerox created and are more focused on merges. This, in-turn, has created a tremendous amount of layoffs due to Xerox's lack of sustainability in projects and realms it knows little about. More corporate focus on stock holders and not on the people within the company. Does not promote entrepreneurial thinking.
