Pros

Xerox UK is a good place to work. The customer value proposition is strong with a broad range of innovative products. The environment is extremely results oriented and be prepared to work very hard to achieve these high expectations.

Cons

The culture is extremely beurocratic so don't expect things to be done quickly. The employees are so buried in their own work they are reluctant to assist you in most situations, and don't expect anyone to answer their phones either. Some of the employees have been their since year dot and innovation and creativity is hardly encouraged.

Pros

Smart People Encourage Learning and provide training opportunities Flexible work environment Good pay and annual merit increases Plenty of growth and learning opportunities

Cons

Year over year reduction in the R and D spending. Plus, selling engineering to Indian company. The direction is to become a services company... but the services groups have very high turn-over
