      Pros

      Senior Management are now aware of the issues beset by a large Multi-National and are in the process of rectifying.

      Cons

      I worked for Xerox IT in the UK which was an amalgamation of lots of other companies with disparate systems and processes. This can be frustrating at times to achieve anything.

      - Opportunity to learn - Growth (albeit without the salary) - Courses

      Cons

      - Salary Freeze, Unless you are very lucky, expect to have the same salary in 5 years time... - Poor location - Poor employee retention - Unrealistic goals & false promises - No incentives - Bureaucracy and processes in place to keep you in the same place when you started - Truly incompetent on all things HR yet claim to provide this service themselves? - Expect to not see the same people in the company after 6 months, high turnover.
