Pros

Some great colleagues in the admin department in Toronto.

Cons

There is no career path Most middle managers are incompetent. They have been there for decades and Xerox has not bothered to retrain them. Virtually all employee benefits were cut in 2008 and have not been put back. Dying business. Executive team keeps pouring hundreds of million of dollars in R&D that have no commercial value.

Pros

It's hard to find anything anymore, I would say the vacation time is still fair if you get to use it.

Cons

Managments miss use of Lean Six Sigma has sent the company to the lowest level of employee satisfaction ever. Xerox will save money on anything no matter how much it costs them. Employees are bullied on a regular basis. Also it would be nice to see a raise at least once every five years or so.
