Pros

Smart, capable colleagues, lots of resources,; great brand

Cons

Too many non-selling tasks forced down to sales reps. The acquisition of ACS and Global Imaging have changed the culture; they now see how to run a lean organization, so the rest of the company is being trimmed. Printers and multifunction devices are a commodity, so Xerox must change. So, employees either perform with no excuses.
