everything you imagined in a poor company, crawling employees scale the ladder of success........everyone's a "yes" man........oh, and no payrise of any sort........so save yourself the effort and look elsewhere.........i went from having a pro-active approach in my employment, even before Xerox, only to find the poorly managed way it's run led me down the "reactive" only path........put it this way.......if it's not written down in the ticket......then it isn't getting done by me..........!...Thanks Xerox.......for enlightening me to the fact there are some good employers out there......and you're not one of them!
