no strict daily schedule, good atmosphere, dynamic and young teams, generally good relationship between leaders and their teams, most employees are great professionals in their field

Cons

no career opportunities, unbalanced work load on people, HR and management don't respect the employees, daily tasks are not challenging, big differences in compensations between employees
