      Many functional opportunities, but thwarted by environment, culture, and fiscal issues

      Pros

      Very little micromanaging for positions NOT at corporate HQ; have usually liked co-workers in different groups; very interesting technology. Xerox does value corporate ethics and does detailed follow through to see that all employees are aware of the policies.

      Cons

      Very little if any concern for employee's career; training, career growth, annual reviews and career planning are pretty much non-existent; benefits are not good and have continued to get worse ever since the 2008 recession; lot of management by fear and people constantly looking over their shoulders due to ongoing cost cutting and layoffs.
