- No longer an interesting place for physicists, chemists, or electrical or mechanical engineers
- Lots of layoffs in recent years in engineering and R&D. Meanwhile they are hiring call center employees ay $12/hour
- The company is poorly managed at most levels.
- It is not obvious that Xerox will successfully transform from a technology company (printers & copiers) into a solutions and services company (Business process outsourcing, Information Technology outsourcing)
- Benefits are getting worse over time. The company is maintaining profits by cutting costs. This is a no frills place to work.
