Pros

They had a decent benefits package.

Cons

Disorganized. No respect for personal or family life. If you ever interview there, listen (and observe) very carefully when you ask about work and life balance. Pay careful attention. See if you would be able to talk to a current employee.

Pros

Great benefits with an allowance to offset premiums. Company car, expenses are better than most companies.

Cons

Even thought you may be hired at an average salary of $50k, you will be required to go on a "split" and eventually you only receive 60% of your salary as a sales rep and you get 100% of your salary when you are at around 100% of plan, then additional bonuses are very good. Don't go in thinking you will stay at 100% of starting salary for long or you will find the drop can cause financial difficulty unless you are able to overachieve your plan all the time.
