Pros

Xerox training has always been the envy of the industry, and in years past we had the Xerox International Training Center at Leesburg, Virginia for training of all kinds. The marketing programs for instance, offered training that could not be beat, and were the envy of the competition. But on the other side of the coin, Leesburg training center has now been sold. In my view, a very poor decision.

Cons

Not enough competitive information supplied to sales reps. I.e., specific competitive information comparing our equipment with others. For example, we have seen increased ads from Canon etc..., but not much from Xerox.

Pros

Large corporation and the benefits that go along with a large company. New opportunities can be found in different facets of the business (if you don't mind moving to different parts of the country). Depending on the division and / or department you're in, you can have an amazing and fulfilling work environment

Cons

Sometimes there's a disconnect in communication from Management to 'The Masses'. Sometimes you feel like a nameless and faceless entity working within a vast cube-farm. Sometimes you wonder why you work so hard and give a damn, when others clearly don't share your work ethic. The company has lost some really talented people because of the way some transitions were handled.
