Pros

Good training, if your willing to work, you can make some decent money! There are plenty of people to help you succeed.

Cons

Often times, the hard work is challenging the corporate culture, they do not move quickly, and do not vary from their "process" often. So if you are an out of the box thinker, you may have to go to the mats to win.

Pros

no problem taking time off, vacations, flex hours, holidays, etc. very good people to work with at the working level.

Cons

massive bureaucracy between product development, manufacturing, marketing, and sales organizations horrible medical benefits 401K/retirement benefits almost non-existent terrible first-line management in certain organizations. Little employee respect. no profit sharing at the working level. No bonus. No stock. No stock growth for the past 10 years.
