Health benefits, product training, team support

Cons

The number of calls expected to be on par with technicians that work in a big city. I was in a rural area and at times I had to travel almost 70 miles for one call which affected my work call for the day.

Schedule allows for 40 hours vacation to give a total of 12 days off.

Cons

Rotating schedule between days and nights with 12 hours shifts Support is very minimal from other departments Company goes on year long hiring freezes that also stop yearly merit raises
