Pros

So I'm in Xerox Business Solutions and it's still a brand new department for Xerox. I love my management team, colleges, and the atmosphere in general! I didn't feel afraid to tell them that I'm Autistic, and was told that whatever accomodation I needed, they'll be more than happy to do so. They didn't even ask for a letter to prove it (thank God! I HATE when companies do that). For an entry level sales job, I feel the base pay is actually more than what I expected, there's also endless commission and a bonus that I can get as well. Quotas are more than realistic, and they do set you up for success and to exceed your goals

Cons

The hybrid remote work is only a pilot program, and you are NOT guaranteed to get it. I was told during my interview that it's a guarantee that you do get to WFH 2x a week. But, that being said, when my training group brought it up to the management, they didn't know that the recruiters were telling people that. So it has been addressed
