Pros

Flexible hours, great people, interesting & challenging job

Cons

Recent layoffs & uncertainty resulted in low morale. Off-shoring of jobs limited opportunities for advancement & to learn other areas of the business. Company is now being run by Carl Icahn’s team. His track record raises questions about the company’s future.

No loyalty to their employees!

Pros

Flexibility to work from home is about the only thing positive I can say about Xerox at this point in time. .

Cons

They have no loyalty to their employees. They are letting go of good/great dedicated employees at record pace. They cut severances and benefit packages and screwed all of the people that made the company what it is today. Its really sad.

Pros

There really aren't any pros to this company anymore

Cons

Never knew if your badge would work when you got to the building that day. Company will also break the law if they think that they can get away with it--doubly so if it means that they can somehow shortchange the people that they hire.
