      Company is re-inventing itself to become known for more than just copiers. Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Lots of changes and uncertainty. Everyone at my office went remote and worked independently. There is no culture, comradery, or any type of employee gatherings / events at my office like there once was.

      -Hard working people there -Many positions to work towards -They attempt to work in culture but allow one bad apple to overrule

      Cons

      -If VP produces results they don't care how they got there or who they dismantled along the way. -No employee surveys -Meetings with SLT are scripted - cannot ask on the spot real questions or share what happens locally -Pay minimally competitive
