Pros

Not very many to think of as it's a create your own business.

Cons

Where do I start?..Constant name changes locally last being Amcom. Now recently be absorbed by Xerox. The owner of Amcom is about as clueless as it gets with old ideas that he thinks still work when the data shows otherwise. Anthony is about the dumbest owner I've come crossed. Then leaves his cronies Patrick and Ashley to run the show. They have zero vision and the training is absolutely horrible. Everything is pretty much self tought. Run and I mean run from this company as it's a dying and shrinking business ans the know it. They have no clue how to pivot outside of copiers and it shows.
