Compsny is run from Webster New York who unfortunately don't understand customers requirements. Too much bureaucracy. Too many levels of management

I like that everyone wants to help you from a management stand point. I also enjoy when team moral is high everyone is involved.

Cons

Too many issues with management not knowing the options available to decrease issues with attrition and not taking responsibility for the issue.
