No outdated company policies or SOPs. Very modern, especially when it comes to managerial style.

Not enough room to move up within the company.

Doing better than before

Pros

I’m giving XIFIN five stars because of all the improvements they started making right before I left. Not sure what caused them to see the light, but they started taking employee feedback seriously and were making massive changes across the board. It seemed genuine, so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they’re still on that path and deserve every one of these five stars.

Cons

There were a lot of cons before management started changing things for the better. But I recommend reading the reviews of people who still work here to see if there are any issues.
