Pros

They celebrate every holiday and occasion. And decorate the office for Christmas.

Cons

Management and HR are horrible. There has been several harassment cases put against them. There are multiple fires going at one time with each of their customers, but not enough employees to put out the fires !

I think the company is good overall in different departments but for the call center there was a lot of micromanaging at the time and managers love to play favorites.
