Pros
Growing company, with great business model. Profitable company. Competitive pay and benefits. Going through typical growth pains right now but I can tell they are in the process of hiring top quality people to help moving from slower, old school processes to more dynamic product development methodology. You are able to make a huge difference in a short amount of time. Huge personal growth potential - being a smaller company you'll be exposed to and get the opportunity to grow if you want to.
Cons
Couple people seem to hold things up by needing to approve things however I can see that changing as that model works for a 100 person company but not a dynamic growing company.
