The Implementation/Installation department is a very surreal place to work. Surreal in a very eerie/unpleasant/ unhealthy way. Management by trickery, wickedness, and fear; 1-3 percent raises even when working way beyond call of duty; no real training, but if you make an error, even with the best intent, you are tarred and feathered instead of coached. Avoid implementation dept. at all costs!
