Pros

1. Can get sufficient opportunities if you have the vision and can really grow techincally 2. Some good mentors present

Cons

1. Lack of planning an d execution 2. NOT everything can be outsourced 3. Top Management please define the responsibility clearly

Pros

Challenging design work, good location, reasonably long hours for the industry.

Cons

The new management has run the business into the ground spiritually. They are affecting some positive change overall, but the way in which they are doing it is alienating all employees. They have openly announced that they wish to get rid of US jobs and send them overseas. This from a US-based, model of Silicon Valley. No one takes pride in what they do, and finger pointing abounds.

We have great flexibility and access to new technologies as well as the ability to grow within the company here.

Cons

I'd say that the work and life balance is not so good here due to employees often having to work overtime.
