Employee friendly policies such as subsidized cabs Subsidized lunch and breakfast etc By and large supportive of the employee

Cons

After being acquired by AMD, cabs are gone Salary structure changed for lower in hand salary although CTC remains the same on paper In my team there is a serious lack of team culture, for example no celebration of milestones such as promotions, birthdays etc
