Pros

Salary was top shelf, but has certainly leveled off. A leader in their industry. The company is profitable and has money to spend.

Cons

It is simply a grind. Do what you are told, hit deadlines, perform better than your peers, do it all again next review period. Do same thing next review period, except better. Impossible.

good salary, good benefits, some employee fun events driven primarily by HR

Cons

Upper management is solely focused on every nickle and dime. Software quality is awful, and the rank and file is not allowed to say that. Anyone that speaks up or tries to fix the problems is removed and replaced with someone younger and more inexperienced. Good people are leaving due to burnout because of workload, and the remaining people are expected to pick up the slack.
