I thought The company was great when I started here, the Management Poisoneed the work culture. Serious politics in giving benefits to employees. Ther is Micromanagement. No recognition at all. They Don't accept the truth instead they blame the employees. For outsiders it's a great company but it's actually not(in the emploee view). Great technology to work and bad management where employees will suffer. They dont Give freedom to employees hence no miracles in work. Management fears to get the new work from higher management and blames employees for that. Management always cares only few people and the same list repeats again and again and these people are like first benhcers(they sing like sir sir sir.), funny.... even they do wrong.

None -i really enjoyed it here
