People don’t count, very political and exclusive, no loyalty everyone is trying to climb the corporate ladder and stepping on any one they can. Executive management is arrogant and that trickles down to middle management.

- dedicated and caring employees - extremely hard working employee who try to care about the company - great if you're in the inner circle

Cons

- insane long hours - no advancement possible - questionable management decisions - unrealistic expectations set by mangement - staff work in fear of losing their jobs - expect a summer and winter shutdown

Pros

It was a company that was growing with lots of money in the bank, and was aggressively going after market share. FPGA is an in-demand product. Good customer support.

Cons

After Moshe Gavrielov became the CEO, Xilinx ceased to care about its employees. There were many layoffs, whereas with the former CEO, there were none. It became an unhealthy competitive environment pitting employee against employee.
