get to work on latest and greatest nodes , some really cool cutting edge of stuff , opportunity to pick up new things to learn. Stable company , good work-life balance , above all good pay and perks.

Cons

Encourage people at all levels to pursue innovation , company has brilliant people who are motivated to innovate and create differentiation.

Salary was top shelf, but has certainly leveled off. A leader in their industry. The company is profitable and has money to spend.

Cons

It is simply a grind. Do what you are told, hit deadlines, perform better than your peers, do it all again next review period. Do same thing next review period, except better. Impossible.
