technical challenges, great technology, friendly people, innovation leader, autonomy in work matters. Overall, not a bad place at all, would recommend

Cons

Very driven, the work and life balance was hard to maintain. The organization is structured such that new ideas are sometimes hard to implement because they don't fit within the organization.
