Pros
- Work with some of the smartest people in their field - Good work life balance, depending on team - Work is challenging and interesting
Cons
- Promotions are few and far between, even if you're told that you're a top performer for years - Compensation and benefits could be better, but they're decent for a semiconductor company. However with the AMD buyout, it's possible it will get worse. - Work life balance can be terrible depending on your team. If you're in the US you're probably okay, but most teams in Hyderabad seem to work very long hours
