Job that's easy to coast. Just have to do the bare minimum. They find it real hard to hire new people who are good, so it's hard to get fired unless you are that bad
Cons
Even though Upper management insists we are a double chocolate sundae, the reality is: - Plain vanilla pay - Plain vanilla benefits - Plain vanilla quality(you can code like its a high school project here and it does not matter as long as you are delivering) - Plain vanilla internally promoted middle management that reflect plain vanilla upper management I ve found that the good people leave and people who stay behind and get promoted start spreading their ways and drive down quality further
