      Pros

      Great people, flexible work hours... look forward to going to work everyday. Operations organization was awesome, with great managers. People who enjoyed work and got together socially to play softball, trivia, etc.

      Cons

      politics... and some individuals with attitudes often unclear why certain people would get promotions when better candidates were everywhere! Product / Test engineering management thought they were gods gift to the industry, packaging group was clueless
